Shipping and Returns

Ordering

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 3 business days. In busy periods this may increase. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us before purchase and we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not handle any card details for orders placed online. All card payments are encrypted to ensure secure data handling.

UK delivery

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (normally arrives in 2 – 3 business days after dispatch).

Local collection

Free collection is available from Stockwell in South London (SW9). You can select this option at the checkout. Collection will be ready within 2 – 3 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

International delivery

Unfortunately we do not offer an international delivery service at the moment. We are developing this option and it will be available in the not-too-distant future.

Returns

We measure and describe each item carefully. Please read descriptions fully before you place an order. All items are made by hand, therefore no two items will ever be exactly the same, every one is unique. Due to the nature of clay as a material and the process of handbuilding, please expect a level of irregularity, imperfection and handmade marks.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return any items, we can offer a refund for goods still in their original packaging and in a perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of receiving goods. Customers are required to pay for the returns postage and until the item is received back in its original condition, it remains the customers responsibility. We therefore recommend you use a tracked postage service, insure your package and obtain proof of purchase.

To return an item, please email info@lynseymackayceramics.com for the returns address. Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 28 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds that are approved will be credited minus the original cost of delivery.

We take extra care to package items in a way that avoids damage in transit. In the event that your goods are damaged during transportation, please email us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage. We will contact you to agree a suitable solution such as a replacement or a refund. After this time, we cannot be responsible for items that are no longer in our care.

We use 100% recyclable, recycled and bio packaging materials.
